Impressive second floor apartment on the lovely La Torre Golf Resort with a fantastic sized terrace. The property looks directly into a lovely communal garden and pool area and is within a 30 second walk of the town centres facilities and a 2-3 min walk to the large well stocked supermarket.
There is full Gas Central Heating and full AC throughout
The accommodation is fully equipped with the following: lift, garden furniture, terrace, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, childrens area, tennis court, paddle tennis court, central heating, air conditioning throughout the house, communal swimming pool, covered parking the same building, 1 TV/Satellite (Languages: Spanish, English, German, Dutch, French etc), DVD player.
The kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils and toaster are provided.
With 16 communal pools and plenty of restaurants, this resort is perfect for everyone!
The large swimming pool and children's pool are fantastic for cooling off in the summer and are not far away from the property. The resort centre features a golf clubhouse (where clubs can be hired), restaurants, bars and an excellent supermarket which are all an easy stroll away from the property.
