This is a newly aquired (never rented) one bedroom apartment in the sought after resort of Mar Menor Golf Resort. It features a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom (double) and a bathroom with shower and bath. There is a nice balcony with views of the golf course, flat screen TV with international channels and wifi free of charge. The property has airconditioning throughout. There are several communal pools in the resort with the closest being directly at this block. The resort is very popular with golfers and holidaymakers due to the good mix of facilities, supermarket, padel and mini golf and several restaurants and bars along the front of the resort as well as a high quality hotel.
