This lovely 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment can sleep 6 people and has stunning views of the golf course and swimming pool from each of its 3 large balconies.
The accommodation is equipped with garden furniture, barbecue, free internet (Wi-Fi), 3 x balconies, central heating, air conditioning throughout the house, TV/Satellite (Languages: Spanish, English, German, Dutch, French, Norwegian etc.), radio, DVD.
In the kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided.
Around the resort you will find numerous communal pools, children's areas, Tennis & Padle Courts and lots of parking.

Mar Menor Golf Resort is one of POLARIS WORLDS premier resorts with a 18 hole Jack Nicklaus Design course which will challenge all levels of golfers and lots of on-site facilities, Spanish and Asian Restaurants, Irish pubs, bank and supermarket. All around the 5 star Inter-Continental Hotel. The Boulevard also offers lots of restaurants and some showing sports events so really are spoilt for choice.

The Costa Calida is situated in the south-east of the Iberian Peninsula. To the north lies the Costa Blanca and to the south lies the Costa de Almeria with a total of 250 kilometres of coastline.
Blessed by the mild Mediterranean climate it has at least 315 days of sun per year. Minimum temperatures range between 12-14C and maximum temperatures between 20-22C in winter. Summer temperatures vary between 18-20C minimum and between 30-35C maximum. The average annual temperature is 18C.
The seawater is warm and very pleasant for bathing. It is unique in that there is a peninsula which runs parallel to the coastline thus forming the Mar Menor (small sea).
The people are gentle and helpful, the whole region is well worth taking the time to explore and the good living is to be enjoyed.
