About this property

2 bedroom apartment at Bajondillo beach with swimming pool, A/C and WiFi

This apartment has two bedrooms (one with double bed and one with twin beds), a bathroom, kitchen and a large living room, plus a terrace overlooking the sea.
The apartment is very quiet and is next to the beach. It has great views of the sea and out of the complex there are all kinds of restaurants and bars.
It is fully equipped not only to spend a few days, but to live in it. It has been our home until a few years ago and now live very close so we can help you in what you may need during your stay in Torremolinos.
The apartment has A/C (hot /cold) by ducts, so that all rooms can be air contitioned.
There is free internet access throughout the apartment ( Ethernet connection in the double bedroom and WiFi connection in all the rooms).

The living room has a flat 40 "TV with satellite receiver and the kitchen has an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, washing machine ,microwave and toaster.
The complex has a paddle tennis court open all year, swimming pool with lifeguard (open only in summer) and playground area for children.
There is also a security guard at night.

Property was exactly as described, location was ideal( nice and quiet)and walking distancelto everything.. Owner Mr. Gonzales considered by all 4 of us as a true professional, excellent personality and very accommodating, as pleasure to deal with. Apartment spotless with all amenities as described in listing. If we decide to return I would not hesitate trying to rent this property again. propriétaire toujours près a répondre a nos question et fournir de très bon conseil. Appartement très propre et bien situé. Les photos représente très bien la réalité. Le seul point que nous pourrions reprocher est que les chaises du balcon ne sont pas trop confortable. Je reprendrais cette location sans hésiter si jamais je retourne a Torremolinos . Merci Jorge

Excellent séjour, appartement à recommander!

Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire du moment de la réservation jusqu'à la fin du séjour, Jorge est très agréable, parle très bien Français, donne de bons conseils. L'appartement est très bien situé au 4ème étage d'une résidence très proche de la plage et de la promenade de Torremolinos. Supermarché à distance raisonnable et nombreux restaurants, glaciers, boutiques au pied de la résidence. L'appartement est très calme. Assez grand pour 1 couple et 1 ado ou 2 jeunes enfants, il est climatisé, tv avec cable et chaines françaises. Il ne manquait absolument rien, de la serviette de plage aux chaises de plages, jeux pour enfants, tous ustensiles de cuisine, machine à laver.... nous n'avons manqué de rien pendant notre séjour de 2 semaines. Belle piscine surveillée et gardien dans la résidence le soir. La seule chose qu'en temps que Française, j'ai regretté ce sont les horaires d'ouverture de la piscine qui sont trop tard pour nous (11h30-15h30/16h30-20h30), cela mériterait d'ouvrir à 10h pour profiter du soleil et de la fraîcheur plus longtemps. Cette résidence est très bien entretenue, vraiment agréable, à 15 mns de l'aéroport... je reviendrais avec grand plaisir, merci encore pour tout.
