Apartment in the Playamar I complex in Torremolinos. Located in Block 6 just 100 meters to the seafront this mid floor apartment is fully equipped. It has 1 bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobes and separate air conditioning. Modern Bathroom with shower cubicle. Living room with air conditioning, wall mounted flat screen smart TV and internet/wifi, 1 sofa bed (1 person) and other fold out bed (recommended only for children). Dining table and 4 chairs, Separate Kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, large fridge-freezer, washing machine and usual equipment kettle, toaster, coffee machine (Nespresso pod type).
The large wrap around terrace has excellent views of the complex to the left and with sea views from various angles. The apartment has glass curtains installed in all the terrace perfect for the winter when it can be enclosed to utilise as extra room and is fully open as it was originally intended for the rest of the year.
The building has 2 modern lifts and the complex set on the 1st line of the beach has large gardens, 2 tennis courts, padel tennis court, children play area, basketball court, large swimming pool and restaurant. There is also access the the Playamar II complex which has swimming pool and restaurant and children's pool.

Heerlijke tijd gehad in het appartement in Playamar I. Het is een compleet uitgerust appartement met een ruim balkon waar je s'avonds heerlijk kan zitten. Gary is een vriendelijke gastheer. Dit is zeker een aanrader.

Strandurlaub in Andalusien
Wohnen wie im Park, Zwerpapageien zwitschern vom Gummibaum und von Palmen. Alles kann leicht zu Fuß erledigt werden. Nur zum Flughafen wird ein Taxi benötigt. Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt direkt am Meer.
