Poor service id you come in the middle of the night. I had to help an Italian couple getting in . Way to much noise if you are on the bottom floor.. no good morning of thank you for your stay when checking out. No response on my message if I could stay 2 hours more due to the very late arrival. Ok for the price

Located conveniently to the main tourist street of Sam Miguel. Beach further at least 20 mins. The rooms are huge with balcony but looking straight into old buildings and disused old swimming pool. Walls paper thin...can hear everything.
