The terrace is the best feature of this apartment, with lots of space and sunshine and great views out over the water.
Beach access and buses very closeby.
Management company excellent to deal with.
The apartment itself has plenty of space, but certain items need upgrading- knives are dull, pans are scratched, pillows are flat, bed linens and towels are poor quality. Shower head held on with tape, mold in bathtub, patio door has no latch...clearly absentee owners. Great location, great terrace but lacking creature comforts.

Het appartement ligt in een prima buurt vlak bij de boulevard. De parkeerplaats onder het gebouw is krap maar erg prettig gelet op de drukte in de buurt. Een fijn dakterras. Een combi- magnetron/over zou fijn zijn.
