The apartment is 10 mins walk or 2 mins drive to the Punta Prima beach and with in walking distance to other blue flag beaches. 10 minutes from Torrevieja where you will find an abundance of day/night entertainment for the whole family.

Panorama Park is part of the Señorio de Punta Prima Resort, its a very safe complex and is classed as one of the best complexes in the costa blanca with is lush tropical landscaped gardens. There are many walk ways that takes you through the complex unveiling the 2 wonderful pools and at night why not stroll through the well lit paths and smell the different aromas of the many plants and flowers and its truly amazing!

We have with 24hr patrolling security with key thob entry & CCTV so rest assured your apartment and belongings are safe 24/7.

The photos of the property don’t do this place justice. Lovely clean flat with everything you could need. Extras on the TV was a bonus for rainier days. The location is perfect with a short walk to a large supermarket, and lovely restaurants, but without feeling crowded or noisy. The pools are on the smaller side but a lovely extra. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Superb location

Having decided to have a short break, we settled on this apartment. We have travelled extensively and we kind get to know what an vrbo listing is! Well this place was above and beyond. The owners were with us every step of the way in contact and very approachable! Which is kind of a first for us! We was met at the apartment by the lovely luyba, she explained everything to us! It really was 5* treatment. The apartment was fantastic, modern, lovely touches, we loved the window shutters! Equipment wise it had it all! The bathroom was exceptional, spacious with a luxurious feel! The photos really do not do it justice! Honestly I could go on! As for getting around, we was walking distance to a little strip of bars at the top of the road, all ok! The little gem we found was a place called patio anduluz it was a proper Spanish restaurant with just fantastic flora and fauna! We love to get about, so we had hired a car, perfect, as this place had a garage to keep it safe at night, infact the place had security guards at night just for added piece of mind! Anyway as for travelling out, we went to busot a beautiful set of caves an hour into the mountains, Alicante, cartegena which was awesome and the beautiful city of Valencia! All within a couple of hours drive so a good location! I honestly can’t remember the amount of stunning beaches we went to but mil palmerias was a stand out! Oh and if you don’t fancy venturing out, there is a lovely balcony to just kick back and relax! Thanks so much to the hosts for letting us stay in there own bit of paradise. It was exactly what we needed! Thank you once again.

This is our third stay in this delightful apartment. Each visit we enjoy it more. It's beautifully appointed with everything you could possibly need has been thought of. The location is excellent, only a few minutes from the beach and restaurants, The grounds and gardens are kept in immaculate condition. The two swimming pools on site are very well kept and never busy. Communication with the owner is always very speedy and lovely lady who cleans, both extremely helpful and thoughtful . Thank you so much .we're looking forward to our next visit :)

Very well equipped and spacious 2 bedroomed apartment on the 2nd floor of the beautifully landscaped gated Panorama Park development . Exactly as described in the listing . Apparent balcony has a northerly aspect , Punta Prima is a pretty quiet area, with most shops bars and restaurants on the main road N332. I can recommend Asia Kitchen on the strip. Restaurant Nautilus , and Restaurant Punta Prima on the coast. Also the beach front Chiringuito del Sol Punta Prima for sundown coktails Property was an idea base for exploring the Costa Blanca .

A 5 star apartment should not have a badly stained mattress.I have taken photos of it. Also a stained pillow.There were tea or coffee stains inside the mugs.The stand alone electric fan was covered in dust which I had to clean before it could be used. The ares was lovely and very quiet in the evenings.

Just spent a fantastic 12 days at this apartment at Panarama Park, if you are looking for a quiet location but within walking distance of all amenities restaurants, shops, beach etc than look no further than this apartment, it is finished to a very high standard and has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing stay, the bed was extremely comfy and large and there was plenty of storage space for clothes, withTV in all rooms and more channels than I new existed, Luyuba met us at the property and explained how everything worked and Tim sent all the details prior to our arrival to enable a very smooth check in, would recommend this apartment and definitely 5 stars from us. Thank you Tim and Luyuba :)

Perfect apartment for our family holiday. Apartment is really well presented - as shown by the pictures. The complex grounds are gorgeous, really clean and well maintained. Few minutes walk to restaurants, supermarket and beach - so great location. Great communication ahead of our trip and no problems checking in on the day of arrival. Would highly recommend.

A perfect apartment for our family

We spent a wonderful week at the apartment. Everything we could have needed was there. It truly was a home from home and true to the pictures, if not nicer than the pictures could show. Check in, communication with Timmy and check out was all very simple. The complex is great, quiet and friendly. The local area has plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and beaches. We had such a relaxing and enjoyable week we will definitely be back!

The apartment is certainly 5 star, exceeds the photos by far and was our perfect holiday. Beautiful grounds and 2 pools at the complex. Pure relaxation, good walks and good selection of restaurants within walking distance. Hop on the very frequent and cheap local bus to bigger resorts. Timmy and Lyuba couldn’t have been more helpful and there is nothing you couldn’t want for in the apartment. Stunning and perfect would sum up our holiday experience and cannot wait to return. Ideal holiday getaway

We spent eight fantastic days and nights in Timmy’s apartment in Punta Prima. We couldn’t recommend it highly enough if you’re looking for a stay which is in a very secure, quiet complex with great facilities. Torrevieja is a short taxi ride away (about €10) with plenty of buzz in a lively but safe environment. Punta Prima is quieter but still offers good options for eating out and shops just a short walk from the complex. The beach is also a short walk away providing a fun, family friendly alternative to the two swimming pools. It was ideal for us with two daughters (9 and 11 years). The apartment was equipped with everything you could need and our only suggestion would be that two sets of keys would be provided as we couldn’t split up on the odd occasion because one of the groups would not be able to access the apartment. We did enquire about this on arrival but the housekeeper informed us that we could only have one set. Overall brilliant holiday. Thank you so much!

Fantastic stay, couldn't fault anything. April 1-8th

What an amazing place to stay, first impressions were superb and it got better from there. Timmy was so helpful in everything we did from arranging Lyuba the key holder to meet us at the apartment when we arrived, stocking the fridge with a few essentials as we knew we were arriving late and recommending restaurants, pubs etc for us to use. On first impressions the apartment grounds re stunning and once we entered the apartment everything was as described, a lovely clean modern place with everything you could wish for included. We went for a walk around the grounds the next day and the gardens and set up are absolutely beautiful, no half painted walls, uncut grass, etc, everything is looked after superbly, I really cant fault anything. The location itself is great and access to the beach is a couple of minutes away with some wonderful coastline walks to several nice beaches, we preferred the Cab Roig beach which is a bit further but lovely atmosphere. Also its ideal for the supermarket, 10 mins walk over the bridge and a few nice local restaurants, again only 5-10 mins walk. Anything that i asked was sorted out in no time and Timmy couldn't of been more helpful on our last day arranging for us to sort our luggage etc out as we were on a late flight. If I could give the place and the helpfulness of the owner 6 stars I would, great place, great stay, will definitely be back Phil & Maggie

We were welcomed by Lyuba who was very helpful and friendly. The apartment was clean and spacious.

The area despite the closeness to a good selection of restaurants was quiet and peaceful. The gardens were well kept and the swimming pools sufficiently large enough to encourage one to swim. The sea is a short distance from the apartment and has paths to allow you to walk close by. The local shops and supermarkets are varied, and the large retail centre will provide hours of fun for any shopaholic. The many restaurants both within walking distance or a short drive away offer a wide selection of excellent value meals and cover a variety of tastes. The apartment has a decent sized kitchen and living space. The large balcony with a varied seating area is welcome in the warm evening. The addition of air conditioning helps at night.

A Los Altos gem.

A very comfortable, modern apartment in a lovely secure, quiet setting yet handy to all amenities including some good restaurants and beaches. A couple of very minor issues were promptly and effectively dealt with by a delightful lady housekeeper, who, despite our late arrival made us very welcome, letting us into the apartment. The owner , Tim, was likewise very helpful. We would not hesitate to recommend this apartment and hope to return in the future.

This a great apartment, in a delightful complex, everything you need has been anticipated. The location is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Ideal. Excellent communication with the owner added to a fantastic experience. Will definitely book again .

All furniture fixtures and fittings are of the highest standard in this immaculate property. Fully fitted kitchen and luxury walk in shower make this a class above most holiday rental properties. I would have no hesitation recommending this property to others and look forward to returning here myself in the future.
