This boutique apartment is on the beach at Playa Los Locos, Torrevieja on the Costa Blanca.
There are three bedrooms, two with double beds, and the third with two singles as a pull-out bed.
Two bathrooms, one with bath/shower, bidet, toilet and sink and one with shower, toilet and sink.
The kitchen is equipped with cooker/hob, fridge/freezer microwave, washing machine and dishwasher, plus kettle, toaster and coffepod machine.
It has a unique rear terrace feature, and when the terrace doors, and the doors to the front patio are open the whole apartment is filled with a cooling breeze.
TV and free wifi
Parking is available on the street to the rear of the building, although in high season it could get busy. A car is not really necessary for a holiday here as everything is within walking distance but there is a car hire centre nearby.
There are two supermarkets yards away from the front of the building, one open 24hrs.
The beachfront strip is full of bars and restaurants suiting many tastes, and there is a craft brewery around the corner.
A Pharmacy is about 200m away
Torrevieja town centre and the marina is a pleasant 2km walk away along the beautiful paseo maritime which is lined with more bars, restaurants, shops and ice-cream parlours.
