It has capacity for 6 people, gardens, barbecue, beautiful outdoor space and swimming pool that make it an excellent option for a family holiday.
Wonderful garden where you can enjoy a barbecue outdoors and enjoy a home with all amenities. It is a perfect independent villa for friends or families.

It is a quiet area, with beautiful independent houses, large landscaped squares and very well connected to walk to Los Locos beach for seaside walks.
As it is located in an urbanisation of villas, it is very peaceful and yet walking 10 minutes away you have all services.
No car is needed to go to the city centre, from there you can go by bus to Alicante, Murcia or any city, airport or train. It has parking for several cars.
