We rent our pretty 70 sqm apartment near the sea in Spain!
Area Costa Blanca - Torrevieja - La Mata.
Alicante airport is 25 minutes away - there is an hourly bus service!
My cleaning lady will hand it over cleaned.

Two bedrooms, open living room with a slightly older American kitchen. Bathroom, chamber.
Two balconies to the sea / park ... and a long corridor balcony to the very large one
Out the pool! Track swimming a MUST!
Including wifi!
Simple equipment, the kitchen is quite old, you can see that too. Except for the stove, everything works. Bed linen & a few towels available.
New fridge, washing machine and the boiler is one year old.
Suitable for two couples, two friends or a family! TV available.
New children's playground, children's pool and fitness court on the doorstep.
To the beach about 1.2km
To Torrevieja, approx. 5 min. Drive!
No skyscraper, only 2 storey buildings. Our uncle has a maisonette downstairs, our apartment is upstairs. Many English, German, Finnish, Swedish & Spanish too. A pleasant, well-run facility!
1.2 km walk to the long sandy beach.
Two supermarkets, restaurants are around the corner!
Free parking on the premises or on the street in front of it.
The salt lakes are also beautiful and have a spa character!
The whole area is relatively well protected, children can romp and play there relatively safely. My daughter always loved it, even today - at 10!

Situation géographique top !!
Ni trop près ni trop loin de la mer la résidence est situé dans un endroit calme avec facilité de stationnement. Seul bémol la climatisation absente et cette année il est vrai qu'elle était indispensable avec les fortes chaleurs. La piscine est très appréciable et très grande.

El apartamento es tal y como se ve, las vistas son muy bonitas, está situado en zona residencial, si buscas tranquilidad este es tu sitio, la piscina es fenomenal y lo tienes todo cerca, la única pega las cuestas, si vas con niños es un reto jjjj, La propietaria es muy amable y está pendiente de ti
