Welcome to our beautiful non-smoking apartment 4 minutes walk from the best beach in Torrevieja -Playa Del Cura! In addition, it is located directly in the beautiful center of Torrevieja. This comfortable apartment is ideal for couples and families looking for a beach holiday in the sunny south of Spain. Fantastic location with access to the natural pools of Torrevieja. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and shops nearby, so you'll always have something to do. NB! The person booking must be 25 years or older, due to youth groups.

The space – 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom 1 living room with kitchen. Our newly renovated apartment features a spacious living room with air conditioning, 55" smart TV, high speed Wi-Fi, a comfortable new sofa that converts into a bed, a dining area with table for 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped: refrigerator, washing machine, electric stove, electric oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, crockery and various kitchen appliances.
There are also 2 cozy bedrooms, 1 with a comfortable double bed and 1 with a comfortable pull-out bed for 2 people. Both have new mattresses.
Modern bathroom with shower, toilet paper, towels, slippers, bathrobes.
For the beach there are 2 nice beach chairs, parasol, beach towels, cool bag.
For shopping there is a handy shopping cart in the apartment.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor in a building with an elevator.

Bus stop is within walking distance of the apartment (2 min).
The bus stop has a direct connection to Alicante airport.
The bus stop also has easy routes to various shopping centers. Air conditioning is used to both cool and heat the rooms.
