1ère nuit de notre arrivée, maman, 74 ans, dévale les escaliers de la résidence. Les urgences espagnoles me demandent de la ramener immédiatement en France pour opération en voiture.Novasol n'a apporté aucune aide, écoute, malgré la non consommation électrique , d'eau vu ce départ immédiat et n'a proposé aucun retour ni offre sur future réservation.Je n'ai même pas pu revenir dans l'appartement à la fin de ma 1ère semaine pour profiter des deux semaines restantes, une fois maman opérée et gardée en soins, car Novasol ne donne aucune possibilité de pouvoir récupérer les clés laissées dans l'appartement alors que j'avais payé pour 3 semaines et que forcément ils ont un double pour pouvoir y rerentrer à la fin du séjour.Honteux.
