From its large terrace it has stunning views across the Mediterranean to the East and South. The complex is conveniently placed within walking distance of the famous La Mata beach and just a few minutes from the edge of Torrevieja.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms that sleeps four (1 double, 1 twin) with built in wardrobe, a large living room with space for an additional two on the sofa bed.
The spacious living room includes a dining area with a table and 4 chairs and a TV/DVD player. There is access to high speed fibre broadband. The apartment has a kitchen and bathroom and a very spacious terrace with views over the communal gardens towards the Sea.
