Inside, the apartment is thoughtfully designed with 3 comfortable bedrooms (one of the bedrooms is separated from the dining-living room with a sliding door), a large dining-living room with a fully equipped integrated kitchen and 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. The furniture is modern and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant and relaxing stay.
The apartment belongs to the Rocamaura complex which offers many amenities such as a large community pool, tennis courts, playground and one parking space per apartment. The price includes all utilities such as water, electricity, WIFI and air conditioning, as well as the use of the pool and one parking space per apartment. Bedding, towels, tablecloths and kitchen towels are also provided, with a weekly change of bedding and towels for stays of 2 weeks or more.
