With capacity for 3 people, it has 1 bedroom with a double bed and a comfortable sofa bed for the third person. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine and all the necessary utensils to prepare your meals The spacious living-dining room, with air conditioning and heating, offers views of the urbanisation, gardens and the sea, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere.



You will be able to access two landscaped pool areas with lifeguards to cool off and have fun. In addition, the apartment is located in a quiet residential complex with sports courts for indoor football, tennis, basketball and ping-pong, perfect for disconnecting and staying active during your stay



The location is unbeatable: just 100 metres from the sandy beach and the seafront promenade of Torrox Costa, close to supermarkets, restaurants and local shops. You will also be a few kilometres from attractions such as Baviera Golf course, water parks and the Sierra de Almijara, ideal for those looking to combine beach and nature.



During peak season, some car parks are restricted by hours and marking devices are provided to facilitate parking. If you prefer not to use the car, we recommend parking in unrestricted areas for greater convenience



The accommodation has a lift, wifi, hair dryer, air conditioning only in the living room, heat pump heating and television so that you feel at home.
