Spectacular villa with a modern decoration and an infinity pool with sea views and a beautiful outdoor area. The house is ideal to spend unforgettable days as a couple.

This newly built villa surprises with its sloping roof equipped with photovoltaic panels generating its own energy and being environmentally friendly.

The living-dining room has large windows that give it a fantastic luminosity with direct access to the porch with outdoor furniture. It also has a fully equipped kitchen corner with breakfast bar. Finally, there is a modern bathroom with shower.

On the first floor is the bedroom with spectacular windows that allow you to enjoy the views without getting out of bed.

Outside, you will find the infinity pool with spectacular views. There is also a large lawn area perfectly furnished for lounging or sunbathing on the comfortable sun loungers.
A covered barbecue area with a wood-burning oven completes the outdoor area.

Guests will be able to park their cars inside the property, which is completely fenced.
