You will find 3 spacious bedrooms, including a master bedroom with a large private balcony and en-suite bathroom, plus 2 additional bathrooms. The recently fully renovated villa features air conditioning in all rooms, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, dryer, and a separate workspace. The very spacious, fully equipped kitchen gives you complete freedom to cook during your stay.
Outside, you will find a private 8x4 meter pool with an electrolysis system, so you do not have to deal with chlorine. The property has 2 private terraces, one with a large sunshade for shade, and 2 private balconies where you can enjoy panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea. The large sun terrace around the pool offers plenty of space to relax. A barbecue is available for outdoor dining with a sea view.
Street parking is possible at the property. A car is recommended to fully enjoy the surroundings and the beaches. Parties and events are not allowed.
The villa is located in the quiet Balcones de Peñoncillo, just 1 km from the beach. Here you enjoy peace and quiet, while still being close to various activities. In summer, there are opportunities for padel, water sports, and events in the region.
