This apartment is on the ground floor and provides a fully-furnished living space of around 75m². It has a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining table for four people, a generous living room with a comfortable sofa and a fireplace, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a bunk bed, and a bathroom with a sitting bath with a shower attachment. There is also a storage room. A supplementary bed and a child's bed/ baby's cot for children up to three years can be added to the room with a bunk bed. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, kettle, oven, microwave, gas stove, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine and espresso maker, toaster, tableware and cookware, and everything you need for cleaning the apartment. The apartment can accommodate four to a maximum of five guests. A fan, Satellite TV, blankets, pillows, a hairdryer, In-room safe and a fire extinguisher are provided. All rooms have radiators. Bed linen and hand towels can be provided at a supplementary charge, to be booked in advance.

Outside there is a veranda for dining outdoors overlooking the pool. There are two sun loungers.

The garage is also available on request and subject to availability, which is suitable for medium-sized cars. The assignment of the garage is at the discretion of the property. There are also plenty of public parking spaces about 100 metres from the residence. You can use a roofed area for parking bicycles or storing water sports equipment.
