Really nice house in a superb environement

Great Stay in this Hacienda, the neiborhood is great, the view is amazing, great communication with Barbara. I recommend this house

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, location, listing accuracy
Nothing in walking distance to the property as advertised. The beach could be walked to downhill in 10-15 minutes but walk back was very difficult and car was essential particularly as we had older relatives with us. Pool was green for first 4 days and maintenance said that this was a usual problem as the owner would not pay for new parts. Only 4 bed chairs with 17 people so had to sit on wooden upright chairs all the time. We asked for more bed chairs and were told no, despite the fact that they sold them in the local shop for 40 euros. The doors to the villa do not lock so not secure at night or when you’re out. I raised this but got no response from Luisa. One room was dirty despite having paid over 400 euros for cleaning. When raised with Luisa I was told I was lying. Dishwasher in one villa was broken for 4 days. No restaurant within walking distance. Such a shame because we love the area and the beach is gorgeous, but you must have a car. Also we couldn’t get into one of the villas until 5pm because it wasn’t cleaned on time. Barbara was lovely and really tried to help us so thank you to Barbara.
