Okay all in

Great communication and lovely furniture etc, this could be 5 star. However for the price the property needs work- dead plants and weeds out front and a huge pothole full of water. Inside there were flies and bugs on the floor around the windows, behind the sofa (when tried to plug in something), crumbs and mess under sofa cushions, single sofa bed had crisp packets inside. Cobwebs on the fake plants and cotton buds on the bedroom floor. Most rooms have water damage to the ceiling edges, and downstairs there is damp by the windows. Poo and stinging nettles in the garden. Creaky bed needs fixed or replaced. Bedroom door wouldn’t shut. We had a lovely sunny week so weren’t in it much but if we were I think we might have left. With work though (a deep clean and some maintenance or new windows) this could be amazing.
