This hotel is such a gem, and our only regret is we couldn’t stay here longer! Wonderful service, beautiful location and a spacious, comfortable room. We stayed with 2 young kids, and we were all sad to leave so soon. Can absolutely recommend.

Amazing hotel and stay

Very accommodating staff. We booked a last minute late stay and they were extremely helpful. If travelling to the Hotel in a Van/4x4 be aware many of the car parks are low. We parked on the harbour. Thanks again for a great stay.

I would say that one of the biggest problem about this Hotel is the Staff I cannot explain how many situations happened where a simple question becomes a 30 minute situation and instead of trying to be helpful they’re trying to push you away so they don’t have to work probably some of the worst stuff I’ve ever encountered

Fantastic location, wonderful team

We stayed here for a rugby weekend, and found the location to be perfect. Short walk to the stadium, and very central to all other attractions in the town. The staff were fantastic and couldn’t do enough. The restaurant on site is brilliant. Great set menu for dinner and good choice of wines and champagnes. Can not wait to visit again, maybe when the weather is a little warmer
