Ideally located for exploring Toulouse and the surrounding region, it is just 15 minutes from the center of Toulouse (10 minutes by metro) and secured by an electric gate with video intercom. Features include a private enclosed garden with terraces, a non-smoking property, a private spa (available from May to October), three terraces plus a summer gazebo, three garden lounges, sun loungers, and secure parking. Amenities include badminton, an outdoor games room on the mezzanine with foosball, ping-pong, various skittles, swings, a children's slide, and a trampoline. There is also a treehouse with games. Perfect for short or long business or leisure stays, or for those seeking peace and relaxation.
