One of the best hostels I've ever stayed in.clean, comfortable and location was perfect in centre of tours. Tram was short distance away and supermarket ,shops an restaurants all within close proximity, Nothing was trouble to the staff and itfelt more like a hotel vibe than a hostel. The beds were excellent and comfy and wash facilities an toilet in your room. Great outside area at the back of hostel to socialise,eat food or just chill with a drink. Would highly recommend this place to all age groups.

The people hostel tour

Nous avons Ă©tĂ© déçus par notre sĂ©jour dans cet hĂŽtel. La propretĂ© n’était clairement pas au rendez-vous : les ventilateurs mis Ă  disposition Ă©taient couverts de poussiĂšre, certains ne fonctionnaient pas du tout, et aucun remplacement ne nous a Ă©tĂ© proposĂ© malgrĂ© nos remarques. La salle de bain dĂ©gageait une forte odeur dĂ©sagrĂ©able, et bien que nous ayons signalĂ© le problĂšme, aucune solution concrĂšte ne nous a Ă©tĂ© apportĂ©e. On nous a simplement rĂ©pondu qu’il n’y avait plus de chambre disponible, sans chercher d’alternative ou de compromis. Ce qui est d’autant plus regrettable, c’est que dans une telle situation, le responsable n’a mĂȘme pas pris la peine de venir Ă  notre rencontre pour discuter ou essayer de rĂ©soudre le problĂšme. Il a laissĂ© ses employĂ©s gĂ©rer seuls la situation, sans vĂ©ritable marge de manƓuvre. Un geste commercial a Ă©tĂ© consenti, mais il est restĂ© bien en dessous de ce que l’on pouvait attendre au vu des dĂ©sagrĂ©ments rencontrĂ©s. Dommage, car un meilleur sens du service client aurait pu faire toute la diffĂ©rence.
