I was in Townsville for a business trip. The room was very clean everything smelt fresh. The staff were so helpful and overall the view was amazing from the 13th floor. Had a very relaxing enjoyable stay over the long weekend. Definitely will stay again.

Yes ok. Minor maintenance issue. return piece of skirting board loose on right hand side towards sliding door. Room was clean and tidy, pity about the trees blocking view of the Strand.

My husband and I had a 5 night stay over xmas. Absolutely fantastic stay. The views are out of this world, just stunning. The hotel had everything we needed. Very clean and comfortable. The staff were great too, very professional and friendly. Definitely staying here on every trip up north we take from now on.
