The customer service was great the room was very clean modern and included all the necessary facilities it was spacious with a kitchenette and good sized bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. It is located in a district with close proximity to shops and is conveniently located there are no significant landmarks but isn’t far from the beach.

I stayed 2 nights. 1st night I had 2 coffee sachets and 2 sugar sachets. 2nd night zero. Also every hotel I’ve stayed in has a 250ml hut long life milk. This on gave me 2x little airplane type milk container thing that also weren’t replaced for the second night.

Not quite the luxury for the money I paid for.

There is no lift. We are expected to carry our bags from steep stairs. Thank you to Cherie the receptionist who helped carry my big heavy bag. The passage way is right outside the room, you can hear all the rolling of the suitcases. The laundry area has no aircon neither ventilation. It’s very bad smell like urine. I didn’t see the pool despite that it was advertised in the website. There is no declaration from website that there is no lift going up the floors.

A gem in the north for business.

An immaculate room and cleaning service. Rooms are well kept and include large tvs, comfortable beds. It was so well looked after I could be mistaken to say it was new! Reception team were friendly , well informed and offered great information. The attached restaurant was exception both for breakfast and dinner, amazing value for money relevant to the high quality of food. Very well presented, tasty and great serving size. an asset to the hotel. The facilities are well catered with Gym, Pool , full Laundry all onsite and of high quality.

Loved the quiet surroundings. My stay, although brief was great from the moment of arriving to my departure. The staff were friendly and welcoming, thanks. The room was clean and comfortable. And to top it off was the secure parking. Locke bed being here and will definitely be back.

Fantastic hotel for short or long stays. Still quite new so very clean and room looked great. Large TV & excellent facilities in the room. Rooftop pool is the cherry on top, with free swimming towels. Staff were friendly and accommodating, including with late check-in. There’s many restaurants along the same road to choose from, and my stay included discounted breakfast at the place downstairs. Note, there’s no lift so not accessible and recommend to pack light. Stayed twice on my trip up and down the coast, and so glad I did. Will stay again when I return to Townsville.
