Beautiful safe clean resort

Beautiful luxury resort. The hammam ritual was wonderful. Security is good as well. Service was so friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean, beautiful, large and well appointed. I enjoyed my meal at Saraba though it was pricey, but for a buffet with many excellent options and grilled lamb chops, steak or merguez. Other nights we went into Tozeur to eat. Although more disconnected from local culture than our other hotel stays in Tunisia, it was a bit of a respite from our travels, as a woman, to be able to relax a bit in our attire as well and enjoy Western facilities in a resort.

The property and location were heavenly! The service and staff were professional and every detail was impeccable. Mekong restaurant was phenomenal and breakfast as well. The Spa was one of the best, desert voyage was once in a life time experience - generally speaking, a perfect place! Everything was perfect, great service very kind staff, i’ve enjoyed the basketball court and the fact that you can find bikes to ride everywhere. It was a great experience and this is by far the best hotel in Tunisia.
