We had travelled over 5 hours for our stay here. The staff did a curtesy call just checking we were still doing a late check-in and we were travelling safely. As a mum with two daughters we felt safe and secure especially getting their later at night. We will stay again

I felt very welcomed as soon as I walked into the property and was checked into my room. The room itself was very modern and clean. I loved the cold water in the fridge which you dont often find in accommodation. I also liked the reclining chair to watch tv in. The toiletries were great quality and the outside shutters reduced the noise considerably of the busy road which was the only issue with the property.

The booking that was paid for a month in advance was then applied with a “?” No one queried it on the two times I rang to confirm and then give an ETA. Consequently, with a booked out hotel, we ended up a bed short!
