Dat Fachwerkhus was built in 1997 according to ecological principles. It has two cozy and comfortable apartments with exposed solid wood ceilings, tile and parquet floors. Both apartments are each two bedrooms, bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen and tasteful living - and dining area. A special flair, offers the living room in the upper apartment with its two-sided large windows in an additional floor. The HWR with washer and dryer is available for both holiday homes. Sheets, towels and various dishwashing and cleaning products are provided. Bring along only beach towels and good mood.

1. Apartment EC:
The apartment on the ground floor has two bedrooms, bathroom with shower and a combined living and dining area. This consists of a TV area with upholstered furniture, dining area and fitted kitchen.  Everything is available and sufficient, what a modern kitchen needs. The bedrooms are equipped with masonry furniture (rosewood, natural, oiled). Each of these furniture parts is unique. The floors are completely covered with high quality tiles. The terrace with beautiful garden furniture and barbecue invite you to relax. Extra bed linen is available free of charge. Some books and island impressions also provide entertainment for long evenings. Island impressions are selected by us, rather unknown sights and gems in the hinterland of the island. This allows you to explore the island away from tourism trends.

Arrivals are possible from 14:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.

Es ist eine liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Sehr unkomplizierter und freundlicher Kontakt mut dem Besitzer. Man wird freundlich bei der Anunft empfangen. Tolle Zeit. Gerne wieder.

Schöne FEWO - zentral an der Bäderbahn

Schöne FEWO, modern und umfassend ausgestattet. Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal hier. Die FEWO liegt in Trassenheide gut zentral, zum Supermarkt und zur Bäderbahn sind es max. 10 min zu Fuß. Man ist auch ohne Auto sehr flexibel, und jetzt im Dezember hat Usedom seinen besonderen Reiz.

Ein Ferienhaus der besonderen Art !

Dat Fachwerkhus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir waren Anfang Januar diesen Jahres dort und uns hat es von dem ersten Eindruck bis zum Urlaubsende sehr gut gefallen. Wir wurden liebevoll begrüßt, uns wurde alles erklärt und eine Wegbeschreibung zum Strand gab es auch noch. Nach kurzer Inspektion ist schnell klar gewesen: in diesem Haus fehlt es an nichts! Der Vermieter hat wirklich an alles gedacht, selbst WLAN ist vorhanden, worüber mein Sohn sich natürlich am meisten gefreut hat. Auch Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren vor Ort, weshalb vieles unserer mitgebrachten Sachen im Koffer bleiben durften.Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Lage wo man mit Hund ( wir waren mit 2 angereist) schöne lange Spaziergänge erleben konnte. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder auch Restaurants sind in kürzester Zeit erreichbar.

mit Auto wäre es besser

wir waren zu zweit, für Familien ideal, sehr ruhig, leider hat es 2 Tage geregnet, mit dem Zug sind wir nach Heringsorf gefahren. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Viele Fahrradverleihe, bei schönem Wetter kann man auch zum Strand fahren.Der Strand ist nicht so überfüllt. Die Wohnung ist komplett mit nützlichen Küchenutensilien ausgestattet. Bei kaltem Wetter muss darauf geachtet werden, da die Heizung nur mit Nachtspeicher geheizt wird, und diese am Vortag eingeschaltet werden muss. Es wäre hilfreich, wenn der Vermieter hilfreich zur Seite stehen würde.

Sonniger Kurzurlaub

Wir verbrachten 4 wunderschöne, sonnige Tage im sehr schönen Trassenheide. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, es wurde an alles gedacht, was man für einen Urlaub in einer Ferienwohnung so braucht. Toll war, dass man Handtücher und Bettwäsche nicht mitbringen musste. Die Betten waren sogar schon überzogen! Und es standen frische Blumen auf dem Tisch - ein sehr schöner Willkommensgruß! Wir kommen wieder!
