The comfortably furnished semi-detached house is located in the seaside resort Trassenheide in a beautiful and quiet residential area. The sandy beach of the seaside resort is about 25 minutes. The spa, restaurants and shops are about 400m away. The house offers a good starting point to visit the numerous destinations of the island of Usedom. Wi-Fi is free.

Detached house:
The 94m ² non-smoking half of the house over two floors is comfortably furnished. The bathrooms on each floor with shower and toilet do not cause any waiting time in the morning preparations for the start of the day. The living area has a cozy couch corner and a dining area for 6 people. The modern kitchen adjoins the living area. The fitted kitchen is fully equipped with oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave and many more things. All 3 bedrooms have raised, senior-friendly beds and comfortable mattresses and adjustable slatted frames, ensuring a good night's sleep. Two furnished terraces and a barbecue invite you to enjoy the sunshine. A large carport with lockable bike and equipment shed also belong to the holiday property. A cot and a high chair can be provided by the landlord on request free of charge. Toys for the little ones are available indoors as well as for the beach. The living area is fitted with laminate flooring and the bedrooms are carpeted. The initial bed linen and towels can be booked for a fee.

Arrivals are possible from 14:00 to 21:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.

Familienurlaub mit Freunden

Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder. Das Objekt ist super für diese Konstellation. Die Erwachsenen hatten jeweils ein Schlafzimmer und die Kinder hatten ein Zimmer. Durch die beiden Badezimmer kam es zu keinem morgendlichen Stau. Die Wohnung bzw. das Haus entspricht exakt den Bilder im Inserat. Alles ist super sauber und bestens organisisert. Vielen Dank dafür. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und einen sntspannten Urlaub.

Super Ferienwohnung

Wir haben eine tolle Wohnung in einem außerordentlich sauberen Zustand vorgefunden. Der Vermieter wohnt in der anderen Doppelhaushälfte, und sehr bemüht den Urlaubern möglichst einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Die Unterbringung unserer vier Fahrräder in einem geräumigen Schuppen war genial. In dem Doppelcarport konnten wir unseren Anhänger und Auto super abstellen!! Es sind eine große Anzahl von Kinderspielgeräten und zwei Fahrräder vorhanden, und können frei benutzt werden! Ein kleiner Wehrmutstropfen muss noch angebracht werden; Im unteren Schlafzimmer gibt es bis auf zwei Glasnachttische keinerlei Staumöglichkeit, schade. Diese befinden sich allerdings direkt daneben auf dem Flur. Aber nach zwei Tagen hat man sich daran gewöhnt😉. Alles in allem ist die Wohnung aber für 4-6 Erwachsene die getrennte Badezimmer benötigen sehr zu empfehlen. PS: der Fernseher ist zu klein 😩 Fam. P. M. aus Witzhave
