Active break in Traunstein

Amazing house! Could not ask for better and accommodated parents, 3 teens and grandad perfectly. Used as a base to visit Munich (train), Dachau, Salzburg, Eagle’s Nest and also local area. Hosts were very easy to communicate with, and the whole process was simple and uncomplicated. Highly recommended place to stay.

Can I Just Move In?

How do I put this lightly? This house is AMAZING. I’ve stayed in a lot of rentals and I’ve never seen one as thoroughly thought through as this one: kitchenware, games, comfy beds, clean showers, spin bike, sauna…the list goes on and on. Like someone else said, if you’re looking for something wrong with this place, you’re just trying to find the hair in the soup. Don’t think anymore. If you find this place available, just book it. Thank me later

Wir haben unseren Sommerurlaub mit 9 Personen in diesem hochwertigen, großen Ferienhaus bei Traunstein verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und hervorragend ausgestattet. Selbst als die Kinder spontan auf die Idee kamen zu backen, hat sich alles Notwendige dazu in der Küche gefunden. Der geräumige Essbereich verfügt über einen sehr großen Tisch mit bequemen Stühlen. Das Wohnzimmer mit großer Couch und Fernseher ist durch eine Glastür vom Essbereich abgetrennt, sodass Kinder und Erwachsene die Räume auch mal getrennt, mit unterschiedlichen Lautstärkepegeln nutzen können. ;-) Die Schlafzimmer bieten genügend Stauraum und im Dachgeschoss sogar einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Zusätzlich zu den beiden Bädern im ersten OG und dem DG, gibt es noch ein Gäste-WC im EG, sodass auch bei 9 Personen niemand anstehen musste. Erstaunt waren wir über die tolle Idee, eine Sauna im Dachgeschoss des Hauses einzubauen. Hier kann man aus der Sauna selbst, beim Entspannen auf den Liegen oder während der Fahrt auf dem Heimtrainer durch die Panoramafenster über die Ortschaft in die Berge schauen. Bei Regenwetter haben wir unsere beiden PKW aus der Garage gefahren und diese zur Tischtennisarena umfunktioniert. Auch die Terrasse bietet genügend Platz und ist mit einem sauberen Gasgrill ausgestattet. Kurzum, das Haus bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub mit einer großen oder zwei kleinen Familien braucht. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war freundlich und unkompliziert. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wunderschönes, geräumiges Haus - definitiv zu empfehlen!

Unser Aufenthalt war vom ersten bis zum letzten Moment ein voller Erfolg. Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohlgefühlt und uns gefreut über die vielen kleinen Annehmlichkeiten (insbesondere auch für Familien), zum Beispiel die Spielesammlung und die Bücher, den großzügigen Wohn-Ess-Bereich, die bequemen Betten und die generell sehr gepflegten und geschmackvoll gestalteten Räumlichkeiten. Auch die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war überaus angenehm - wir wurden frühzeitig über alles Notwendige informiert, herzlich willkommen geheißen und jede unserer Nachfragen wurde äußerst zeitnah beantwortet. Wir werden dieses Haus ganz bestimmt weiterempfehlen und vielleicht auch selbst nochmal wiederkommen! Vielen Dank für diese schönen Tage!

Ein Traumhaus

Wir sind mit einer befreundeten Familie angereist und waren sehr begeistert von dem Haus. Tolle Schlafzimmer, Bäder und von so einer Küche und Esszimmer träumt man. Von den Vermietern erhält man einen Willkommensgruss, welcher sehr lecker war :-); Herzlichen Dank hierfür. In einem Ordner sind alle wichtigen Informationen und Ausflugsziele rund um Wolkersdorf aufgelistet, somit findet man alles ohne großes Suchen. Für uns war es ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Urlaub, gerne wieder in dieser Unterkunft.

Wunderschönes und hochwertig eingerichtetes Ferienhaus

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Auszeit in dieser tollen Unterkunft verbracht. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr modern, hochwertig und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung war wirklich super, es gab alles was wir gebraucht haben und mehr. Optimale Größe und Zimmeraufteilung für 8 Erwachsene. Sehr schöne Umgebung nahe Chiemsee, ruhige Lage, viele Restaurants und Cafés in der Nähe (Traunstein). Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war auch wirklich super und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Mit insgesamt 10 Personen haben wir unseren Urlaub in dem schönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Räumlichkeiten sind ausreichend groß und sehr modern eingerichtet. An Ausstattungsdetails hat es uns an wirklich nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns ab der 1. Sekunde an absolut wohl gefühlt. Wirklich ein fantastisches Haus. Sehr netter Kontakt zu den Eigentümern. Wahrhaftig ein Traumhaus! 5-Sterne-Plus!

Wir haben mit unserer Familie (9 Personen) einen Wanderurlaub am Chiemsee verbracht und waren sehr beeindruckt von diesem wirklich traumhaften Ferienhaus! Ich habe selten eine so hochwertige & gut erhaltene Ausstattung in Ferienhäusern vorgefunden. Das Haus hat selbst für mehrere Personen genug Badezimmer & großzügige Schlafzimmer. Auch die offene Küche und das gemütliche Esszimmer laden für gesellige Kochabende ein. Es fehlt einem dort an nichts! Wir können jedem nur besten Gewissens empfehlen dieses Haus für einen Aufenthalt zu buchen & kommen gerne wieder.

Ein Traumhaus alles was man zum wohlfühlen braucht

Buchen, ankommen und relaxen. Die liebevolle gestaltete Einrichtung genießen und einen super entspannten Urlaub verbringen. Wer hier noch etwas zu meckern hat, der sucht das Haar in der Suppe. Und manchmal findet man auch etwas 😉

Familienurlaub im Traumhaus

Wir (d.h. 2 Familien mit Oma) haben in diesem wunderschönen Haus einen entspannten Familienurlaub genossen. Das Haus ist sehr schön, alles ist neu und sauber, die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet, Besteck und Geschirr sind ausreichend vorhanden und an dem großen Esstisch hatten wir mit sieben Personen reichlich Platz. Alles ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und bis ins kleinste Detail durchdacht, so hat z.B. jedes Zimmer seine eigene Handtuchfarbe. Die Zimmer sind hell und freundlich, die Betten sehr bequem. Gesellschaftsspiele und Bücher sind für Groß und klein ausreichend vorhanden. Leider hatten wir gar nicht so viel Zeit um alles auszuprobieren.Auch sämtliche Infos über Museen, Freizeitparks, Ausflugsziele, Wanderrouten, Bäckereien, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten haben die Vermieter zusammengestellt. Nochmals vielen Dank an die lieben Vermieter, wir hatten ein paar wunderschöne Tage zusammen im Chiemgau, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, dass wir am liebsten gleich für immer eingezogen wären. Vielen Dank!
