The Space:

The apartment features a comfortable bedroom with one queen-size bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The living room offers a queen-size pull-out sofa, providing additional sleeping space. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, complete with all necessary cookware and appliances. A washer and dryer are conveniently available within the unit. Entertainment is provided by a large flat-screen TV with streaming capabilities; please note that cable TV is not available. The condo spans 850 square feet, offering a well-designed and functional living space.

Getting Around:

Free Parking is limited - the small parking lot on site is first come first served basis.



Additional parking is in the Old Town Parking Garage right next door. The garage allows for overnight parking but please review the posted city parking signs.



Please Note: From November 16 through April 14, overnight parking, 3:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m., on City streets is prohibited by City ordinance. You will be towed!!

Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation.



A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $49 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $500. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount.



High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional fee.



There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations.



If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay.

Perfect!

My husband and I were in Traverse City on vacation for the first time. We were very happy with everything about this place. The complimentary bottle of local wine was a pleasant surprise! This property was perfectly situated, with access to restaurants and shopping within walking distance, and Sleeping Bear Dunes Nat’l Park a short drive away. The neighborhood and building were quiet and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay.

The unit itself is nice, however apparently the neighborhood is not safe. My wallet was stolen the first night we were there. My Mother also woke up the last day with bites all over her body from sleeping on the pull out couch. Overall would not stay here again.

Gorgeous place with amazing location access to TC

You have a wonderful gem of a property located in walking distance from the best bars, food, entertainment and the trails as well. We had the best time here. Brought our bikes and secured them outside without worry. We had so much fun walking around and taking in all the sights. Quiet and tucked away with easy access to downtown.

Very cute and great location

The location was great. Even though it was Feb and very cold, we were able to walk to pick up food, etc. It was cute, clean, comfortable, and well equipped. We are staying in the same building one floor up in May with the same mgt company, and talked our friends into booking the same location too. Katy is great to work with. Their properties are very consistently nice in many ways.
