Love everything about this hotel!

LOVE this hotel!! Everything was outstanding: location, service, room size & cleanliness, amenities - all of it. The shuttle service not only takes you to & from the airport, but will also take you downtown. It's only a 10 minute walk to the heart of downtown Traverse City, but the shuttle is a great option. The hotel is beautiful in all of its spaces, and the outdoor area The Patio is awesome!

Very comfortable, elegant hotel within walking distance of downtown but directly on the bay. They also provide a free shuttle. Great hot tub, indoor and outdoor pools, and suana. Connected to Yen yoga, one of the best yoga studios I’ve experienced. (20% discount to guests) Added bonus: the best fine dining restaurant in Traverse City, Artisan!

Property isn’t bad, but bedding was not the most comfortable and room does not have black out curtains with bright lights from parking lot making it into the room. The restaurant and other amenities were nice.
