Rooms were clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Quick breakfast option dropped at motel room in the morning! Could have used 2 additional coffees in room. Had a room on 3rd floor with a great view of the bay. Parking was great. Pool and hot tub looked inviting ran short in time so unable to enjoy.

Everything was good except for the lighting in the rooms. Everything was dim and made it so hard to see in there. You had to have the sliding door curtains open to see anything which isn’t ideal for changing or privacy in general. Also the only full length mirror was in the darkest part of the room. It wa every hard to get ready for a wedding in this room.

Staff were attentive and accommodating. Even the maintenance staff. Being able to sit on the patio to have breakfast, read, or relax was great. I liked the way they provided the breakfasts. Next time I stay in Traverse City this will be the first hotel I will call.

Overall, this stay was nice. Staff was friendly and attentive when needed. The breakfast wasn’t the greatest. It was kind of like a gas station breakfast and didn’t offer much of a variety.

The room was dated, smelled stale and definitely wasn't worth the price we paid. The "curated breakfast" is basically a prepackaged box that gets dropped at your door. Stale, gross and inedible.

The food truck was AMAZING; fish tacos for dinner! I also liked the breakfast delivery; that's a little different, but I loved it!! More hotels should do that!! Great stay, and I hope to return this winter (yes, I'm from Florida, but want to experience Michigan winter!).
