We were put into the 200 hallway next to Jack's Tavern. There is NO soundproofing. The small door in the hall that closes does not block the noise. It was loud every night until well after midnight with people drinking, screaming and being loud. We booked 4 days with resort this trip. Overall disappointed in the ability to relax at night.

Hotel vs Condo

We got put in a condo that was not in the main building. Essentially had to drive to the restaurant and amenities offered by the hotel. Resort was nice but not what I thought I was booking.

Nice rooms, nice property. Staff not as helpful or courteous as prior stays, especially not during the breakfast buffet served as the only option over Labor Day weekend in their casual restaurant.
