My daughter found a big dark red rag inside her pillow case which makes me think the sheets/pillowcases and bedding was never changed. To top it all off they had a flooring crew using power tools, ripping up and changing the carpet for my floor at 7:30am. Again this was Mother’s Day, a Sunday morning and we are waking up to power tools.

Beautiful room, great view. Beds were clean and comfy. Pool was awesome! It Felt very damp humid in the room, no way to open a window. The bathroom floors were also super sticky. Overall good experience.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, the only complaint would be the pool/bar/arcade hours, they close at 10pm even on the weekend. Little kids were loudly running up and down the halls and banging on doors bright and early at 7am every day we were there, also kids everywhere took over the "adult" hot tub area. The room was clean and simple, and we liked the amenities offered.
