Clean & comfortable at an excellent rate. Breakfast choices were sparse, though—cereal, toast, and yogurt plus some prepackaged muffins. Nothing hot, no waffle maker, no fruit.

Overall the room was clean, spacious, and wee kept, however the toilet seat was very loose, the TV remote did not work, and the curtains did not completely close

Suited our needs just fine. Beds were comfortable. Jetted tub worked great. Close to everything we visited. Staff were always kind. Breakfast was the perfect grab and go style that we needed. Fireplace in the lobby was cozy with the chilly weather. Would stay here again!

Very Poor and Horrible Experience

Upon taking my wife to TC for her birthday, the ads of this hotel through Hotels.com looked very nice. Upon arriving and checking in at 5, with their check in time at 3pm, we navigated to our room, opened the door and it they were still cleaning the room. I returned to speak with the Hotel manager at that time, he offered us an upgrade to a king with a Jacuzzi tub. I accepted. Upon entering that room, (Room 206) it was clean. When settling in, we noticed the fan in the bathroom did not work and black mold spots all over the ceiling of the shower area and sink was backing up and would not drain. When sleeping, it was difficult to get a decent night's sleep as the flood lights shined in above the closed curtains and into the room. The bed was stiff, sheets and a very thin comforter. The in wall AC/Heater had a consistent noise which kept us up as well. You can hear other people very easily through the walls and whenever people were using the stairs outside, we could feel the room shake. Upon checking out at 10:30 on March 16th, it was snowing and the steel staircase was not salted. I slipped and fell down 6 steps scraping up 3 areas of the body falling to the ground due to ice and slippery stairs. I informed the front desk of these concerns and hope they will make this right for us. This was a weekend stay to make my wife's birthday a memorable one, unfortunately a horrible experience with our lodging.

The bed was nice and it was a good space. The shower was not cleaned seeing as there was hair in it unfortunately. So it leaves me to wonder what else wasn’t cleaned.

Overall, it is a cheap place to stay with relatively clean amenities. The sink drained very slowly in our room, which was our biggest aggravation and there weren’t enough towels for two adults and two kids as stated in our reservation. However, we feel overall we got what we paid for. If you go for “breakfast,” go early. When the coffee is gone, it doesn’t get refilled and the same applies to anything else they serve. We were there to visit family, so it was just a place to sleep and shower. It met our needs, so mission accomplished.
