Lovely vacation rental in Leland!
Our family had a great stay at the Bluestone Cottage! The host was very responsive when the AC stopped working. She quickly arranged for someone to come out and fix it. There are plentiful kitchen amenities and each bathroom has soap/shampoo available for use. The home is a short walk to North Beach and downtown Leland/Fishtown. Definitely recommend!!

Family funeral
We had 10 adult family members stay for the weekend to attend a family members memorial. House was clean. Sleeping accommodations were perfect for our group. Loved that we could walk to fish town for dinner. When at the house there was plenty of space for us to hang out together. Perfect for all our needs as far as being together, getting ready to attend the memorial and hanging out to share memories.

Lovely House, Great Location!
We were very happy with our stay at this property, the location to town and the beach was perfect and the house was very clean and well stocked. Owner was very responsive when we had a question, too. The only tiny thing to note as there is some road noise as it is on a main street (as reflected in the address, haha!) and the second room with two twins is directly connected to the master, so may not be ideal if privacy is needed for those sharing those rooms. Other than that 10 out of 10, exceeded our expectations and we would happily stay here again! Thank you to the amazing host!

From booking to check-out, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The cottage was a great home away from home for the long weekend for our group of ten. No fuss, no frills, but everything you need to simply enjoy your vacation. Having downtown Leland and two public beaches within walking distance allowed for everyone to make of their vacation ion as they wished. Would recommend the Bluestone Cottage as your next stay when visiting the Leelanau Peninsula!

A Great Time!
3 generations recently stayed at Bluestone Cottage. There was plenty of space for sleeping, eating and enjoying a game or movie. The kitchen was well stocked. The house is within easy walking distance to a public, but not very well known, beach and the cute town of Leland. It was great to leave the car and be able to walk everywhere. The Leland Library also offered a fun music program that we checked out. Melissa was great about communicating with me and answered the couple questions I had quickly. We especially enjoyed venturing out to the Farm Club and Hop Lot restaurants. Already considering booking Bluestone for next year!
