Disclosures & Notes
Natural Setting: As a lakefront property, we occasionally experience bugs like gnats. Our pest control service helps minimize disturbances, but some presence is natural.
Landscaping & Access: Landscaping will be completed in phase two of our remodel. Please do not use the outdoor stairs on either side of the home to access the beach – they are not well lit or complete. Enter through the house to reach the lower level and the beach.

Fire Pit & Hot Tub:
Propane fire table and grill are ready to use
Firewood for the wood-burning pit is not provided
Hot tub is heated and professionally maintained

Linens:
All linens provided except beach towels

Indoor Fireplace:
Please note that the indoor gas fireplace is temporarily NOT operational. Please do not use.

Garage and mechanical room are not part of the rental property and access is prohibited.
