Our cozy appartment with a fantastic view is located in 1500m height on the so called Kanzelhöhe A well prepared road provides easy Access troughout the year. Hiking trails start right in Front of the door, ski slopes are just about 200m away and a ski school is also located in this Place. Villach, one of the biggest towns in Austria, with Shopping areas, a cinema and Lots of Restaurants is just 6 km away from Treffen and the Italien and slowenian borders are not far either. So day trips to both countries are possible. The appartment consists of:

Sehr schönes Appartement in 1.500 m Höhe. Mit der Kärnten Card konnte man viele Sehenswürdigkeiten erkunden und Aktivitäten unternehmen. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Sehr schönes, gepflegtes und sauberes Appartement.Bad und Toilette sind zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber dennoch sehr sauber und gepflegt.Dusche nicht einzeln sondern in der Badewanne integriert, funktioniert aber gut. Alle Fotos hier auf der Homepage spiegeln absolut den aktuellen Zustand wider!Appartement befindet sich im Erdgeschoß, was sehr vorteilhaft ist. Kurze Wege überallhin.Gemeinschafts-Pool, ebenfalls im Erdgeschoß, ist sehr neu und Top ausgestattet. Wasser hat eine angenehme Temperatur. Öffnungszeiten des Pools sind von Montag bis Samstag, Sonntags geschlossen.Hausmeister im Haus ist immer für alles da und super erreichbar.Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr, sehr nett und super freundlich! Danke für alles! :D Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Bergrestaurant "Waldschenke Edelweiß" ist im Haus integriert, ebenfalls im Erdgeschoß und der Wirt und seine Frau sind supernett!Preise sind angemessen, Qualität der Speisen ist super!Alles in allem ist der Ort sehr empfehlenswert!

Toller Aufenthalt, gerne wieder 😀

Wir haben 6 Nächte in diesem Apartment verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Gewöhnungsbedürftig war allerdings das tageslichtlose Kinderzimmer. Es gibt aber ein Kippfenster zum Hausflur. Ansonsten alles super ausgestattet :-) Grandioser Blick vom Balkon und tolle Lage für Wanderungen. Ich würde es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Zum Wandern ein Traum

Wir waren eine Woche auf der Kanzelhöhe, Haus Edelweiß. Man kann direkt loswandern. Bahn ist nicht weit. Pool ist super zum Schwimmen. Aussicht vom Balkon ein Traum. Bei uns war das Haus nicht voll belegt, sehr ruhig dadurch, was wir super fanden. Kommen gerne wieder.
