Maison très agréable

Maison très agréable, très propre, très bien équipée. Pas de wc en rdc. Le gros point noir c’est que le jardins n’est absolument pas clôturé, impossible d’y aller avec des enfants sans avoir l’oeil en permanence dessus et si vous avez des animaux impossible de laisser la fenêtre ouverte. Il ne faisait pas beau donc pour nous ce n’était pas trop gênant.

Das Haus macht einen gepflegten, sauberen Eindruck. Es verfügt über ein großzügiges Raumangebot und ist stilvoll und dezent eingerichtet; insbesondere auch die Küche hat unsere Bedürfnisse vollumfänglich abgedeckt. Die Liegenschaft grenzt an eine Durchgangsstraße, welche aber während unseres Aufenthaltes wenig befahren wurde. Die Außenanlage lädt zum Verweilen ein, ist jedoch nicht vollständig eingegrenzt; wir haben deshalb für unseren Hund einen eigenen Zaun mitgenommen. In diesem Zusammenhang auch wichtig zu wissen und für uns der einzige Minuspunkt: der nahegelegene, sehr schöne Strand ist für Hunde das ganze Jahr über gesperrt und auch auf der dahinter liegende Düne sind Hunde von Frühjahr bis Ende August nicht zugelassen. Einen herzlichen Dank an Justine/Conciergerie; sie hat uns zeitnahe kontaktiert, bestens eingewiesen und anfallende Fragen kompetent beantwortet. Wir kommen gerne wieder....... Evelyne∧ré

Wonderful house

We spent one week in this wonderful and spacious house as a family of four. It is very, very clean everywhere and smells good throughout. The old farm house has been completely updated and is well equipped with modern furniture and facilities including deck chairs, barbecue, even some bikes (only two for adults). The home is cosy with a wonderful atmosphere. All beds are very comfortable. We felt at home right away and enjoyed every minute living there. We also loved the terrace with the teak furniture where we had almost all our dinners. The vicinity is very quiet and completely dark at night, great to get your night’s sleep. The beaches in the area are absolutely fantastic. One thing to consider when you have a dog: there is no fence around the property, so bring a long leach for your time in the garden. The owner is very nice, uncomplicated, and eager to help.

Beautiful house/location and service

The house was very clean and well equipped! You can sleep with open windows, just hearing the birds chirping in the morning. During the changeable weather, our children enjoyed the TV room:-) We had wonderful 2 weeks here! Special thanks to Justine, who was always available for questions and recommendations! We will definitely come back again!

magnifique maison tout confort

Maison très rustique avec un intérieur moderne et toute confort. A proximité de nombreux endroits sympas (pointe de Trevignon, Tregunc, Concarneau, ...) Justine est aussi très accessible et serviable. Nous avons énormément apprécié nos vacances !

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille à Kerviniec. La maison est très confortable, équipée, meublée et décorée avec goût. Le soleil était de la partie et nous avons pu profiter du jardin.

Maison de vacances luxueuse avec service de concierge et soin du détail.

Tout comme sur les photos avec des choix assumés: espace cuisine-salle à manger-salon au rez de chaussée (donc pas de chambre ni de toilettes à ce niveau). aménagements soignés et très modernes. Cuisine super équipée (avec robot!) pour les amateurs. Il y a vraiment tout comme à la maison (jusqu’au sèche-linge). En outre, service d’assistance de première classe. Quelques vélos appréciés dans le garage.

Belle maison traditionnelle superbement restaurée

Vacances vraiment très agréables dans cette maison lumineuse, très bien décorée, au calme. Comme des coqs en pâte !

Un séjour très agréable dans un gite 5 étoiles (pièce de vie spacieuse avec sa cheminée appréciée pour les soirées lecture, literie et sdb de qualité, espace télé pour les ados à l'étage). Il est par ailleurs très bien situé pour visiter l'ouest et l'est de Trégunc, de Concarneau à Pont-Aven. Coup de cœur pour le GR34 entre l'Anse de Rospico et Port Manech ainsi que pour Doëlan. Merci à Justine pour son professionnalisme.
