The property is in excellent condition. The pool with a diving board can entertain you all day. My kids had a blast. The owner is very nice. There is an Etna tour (ask the owner directly) that picks you up at 8mood and brings you back there. Excellent overall.

Pretty B&B in an out of the way location

If you want to stay outside the city center on the way to Mount Etna, this is a good choice. However, it is a long taxi ride from the airport and central Catania. Neighborhood restaurants are within walking distance, but you have to walk in traffic lanes of busy streets to get to them. Breakfast at the B&B was exceptional, and the proprietors were extremely helpful in accommodating our needs for travel times, etc. The shower in our room drained poorly, but the room was fairly quiet and the garden was well maintained.

Convienent home feel stay

B&B has a great garden with pool and covered patio, ideal for relaxing with a good glass of wine and some nice local produced cheeses and meats. A outdoor cooking and BBQ facility is also available. Easy parking next to B&B. We enjoyed our short stay.

Accueil sympathique en français, vue sur l'Etna depuis la piscine ou au petit déjeuner, petit déjeuner bien garni avec service pour les boissons, réfrigérateur commun, eau plate ou pétillante a disposition, chambres recentes et propre, au calme, bons conseils poir les retos a proximité beaucoup, de bons points ! Alessia et Otto sont trÚs accueillants, leur maison est superbe, le parc bien arboré, la piscine trÚs agréable. Les petits-déjeuners sont variés et servis dans une salle à manger trÚs bien décorée. Depuis le jardin, on jouit d'une vue imprenable sur l'Etna. TrÚs proche du centre ville de Catane, de l'Etna, à distance d'1 heure de Syracuse et de Taormina, l'emplacement est idéal pour parcourir la cÎte est et sud-est de la Sicile. Je recommande ce logement.

Nous avions choisi cet endroit au vu des nombreux avis positifs. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs déçus. L’établissement, situĂ© Ă  30 min du centre de Catane et non 10 min comme indiquĂ©, n’est ni un Bed&Breakfast, ni un hĂŽtel. Une grande maison avec une dizaine de chambres, et dans l’entrĂ©e, un hall d’accueil façon hĂŽtel ainsi qu’une salle pour le petit dĂ©jeuner (qui est d’ailleurs trĂšs bon). L’accueil est sympathique mais la maison pas adaptĂ©e au nombre de clients qu’elle reçoit. DĂ©s l’arrivĂ©e, une vingtaine de sacs poubelle malodorants devant le portail. La chambre pour 3, sans vue (uniquement un vĂ©lux) vraiment petite et mansardĂ©e, attention Ă  la tĂȘte ! Une dizaine de transats en mauvais Ă©tat autour de la piscine, largement insuffisants vu le nombre de clients (nous Ă©tions au moins 25 dans la maison). Un seul frigo collectif surchargĂ© qui ne fait plus de froid depuis longtemps. Une grande terrasse oĂč nombreux sont les fumeurs et un parking privĂ© inexistant. Et l’environnement, soit disant des commerces accessibles Ă  pied, mais Ă  vos risques et pĂ©rils vu la route trĂšs frĂ©quentĂ©e qu’il faut traverser. Bref, une rĂ©alitĂ© bien loin du descriptif et des jolies photos.

B&B phénoménal !!!

B&B fabuleux. Plus proche du 5* que du 3*. Personnel absolument charmant. Le lieu est un havre de paix, et absolument magnifique. En plus de l'italien et de l'anglais, la responsable parle aussi français. Idéalement situé pour rayonner dans la région (Catane, Taormina, et bien sûr l'Etna). Supermarché à 50m trÚs pratique. Ils proposent des excursions et donnent de nombreux conseils (restaurants, laverie...) J'ai eu un souci avec ma voiture de location, la responsable m'a plus qu'aidée. Elle a passé des coups de fil, fait un email pour moi... adorable. Les responsables vivent sur place. Pratique en cas de problÚme. Un seul conseil pour des vacances réussies : OttoMood B&B !!!
