Overpriced

The accommodation looked like the photo’s online, and in a great location. However, the bed had two mattresses, with a torn headboard. The sink wouldn’t flow water, so we had a blocked drain, and a window was permanently closed until repaired which meant we had no air flow. The property needs upgrades and basic repairs immediately and the price would be justified, however, had no sleep and resulted on the sofa downstairs on the final night. Overall, enjoyed the trip but a little disappointed with the price for the overall stay.

A FUIR Franchement c’est indécent de louer un appartement avec autant de problèmes à ce tarif Ascenseur en panne Pas de volets ni de rideaux ds la chambre, fenêtre cassée dans la salle de bain Clim constante uniquement aux disjoncteurs Sale et insalubre pour 200€ la nuit une honte !! Merci à hôtels.com de nous avoir relogé ! Vous prenez les clefs ds une agence de à 15 min de l’appartement avec des explications incomplètes, aucune réactivité ni disponibilité devant les pb de l’appartement A FUIR pour le mm prix des hôtels bien plus chaleureux à proximité !!

Horrible, à fuir

Le descriptif annonce un appartement luxueux, élégant et attrayant. Voilà ce qu'on a eu pour 200 euros par nuit : logement sale, dangereux, pas entretenu. Annoncé pour 3 personnes, mais seulement 2 chaises, 2 oreillers, etc. Pas de rideaux dans la chambre. Fenêtre de la salle de bain cassée, prête à tomber. Pas de pression aux robinets, y compris dans les toilettes. Odeur de tabac froid mélangée à une odeur de bougie à la vanille : à vomir. Il y a bien un système de climatisation, mais ne marche pas. Il faudra vous contenter de 3 ventilateurs. Tout petit balcon encombré de 6 poubelles, permettant de mettre 1 table pour 2. Le plateau en marbre de la table non fixé au pied. Pensez aux chaussures de sécurité ! Garage très étroit et donc complètement inutilisable Ascenseur en panne 1 seule chaise longue pour tout l'appartement près de la piscine, dos à la vue et interdiction de la déplacer. Pas d'espace commun à l'extérieur. Seul point positif : la vue sur le Lac de Côme. Nous sommes arrivés le samedi en fin d'après-midi. Nous devions y passer la semaine. Nous sommes repartis le dimanche à midi. Merci à la conseillère Hotel.com qui a obtenu le remboursement.
