Sublime views from restaurant directly on to Lake

Location is convenient (bus stop outside and ferry stop 50m away) and away from bustle of Como town. Good spot to ferry to Bellagio and Varenna. All staff most welcoming and helpful. Great breakfast in restaurant next to lake, Bellaggio on other side. Older style rooms but quite Ok.
