Located on the top floor of Casa Gina, a two-family house with a garden and barbecue, the attic has been recently renovated to offer a welcoming, modern environment with a rustic charm.
The interior, with exposed wooden ceiling, offers a warm and intimate atmosphere, perfect for those seeking a relaxing escape. The apartment consists of a bright living area with equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, and an open-plan bedroom in studio style. Contemporary design meets the warmth of natural materials, creating a unique and evocative environment.
Available to guests is also a private car park and a solarium area, perfect for enjoying the sun in total tranquillity.
Important note: The penthouse is located on the second floor and is only accessible via internal stairs, therefore it is not suitable for people with mobility difficulties.
