I booked my stay with 9 rooms on short notice after a change in plans. The hosts were very accommodating and helpful. Having confirmed parking is a major plus in an area where parking is hard to come by. I stayed in the studio apartment and the pullout bed was surprisingly comfortable. I would recommend nine rooms.
