We had a an adjacent room to a family with a barking dog and a young child that they allowed to kick the walls and open and slam the door, late into the night and in the very early morning. I should have called and reported it, I do take responsibility for that. The room was clean and the pillows were very comfortable.

Hospitable staff, clean room, and amenities were on point. During check-in Ronda was polite, friendly, customer oriented and delivered extremely helpful and awesome service. All other lobby staff was also accommodating and pleasant in mannerisms. We had an enjoyable stay.

The bathroom had booklice around the vanity and on the towels, i found one in my hair after I got home. Booklice are from a buildup of mold a humidity and lack of air circulation
