Casa Magnolie WIFI is an Art Nouveau villa from the early 1900s located in Treviso a few steps from Piazza dei Signori, the hub of city life. The house - recently restored - has a beautiful garden with armchairs, table and umbrella.
In addition - available to guests - there is a large uncovered private parking.
It is 150 meters from both the railway and bus stations. The location is convenient for reaching the most popular Venetian cities (Venice, Verona, ...) by public transport ...
Even the beautiful Treviso "city of waters" is worth a careful visit.

Treviso holiday

The host was quick to communicate and tried his best to resolve any issues. The house was a great size and car parking is an added bonus. Dishwasher and washing machine were super convenient! The house did not suit us as we were a family of 5 with a grandparent, parents and young children. Upstairs bathroom didn’t include a usable shower so we all needed to share one which was not ideal for our family. We’d hoped to cook meals at home as we planned to stay 3 weeks. The kitchen was small and cluttered so this wasn’t an enjoyable experience for us. The lounge could be improved for comfort. The use of outdoor garden furniture inside the house rather than a proper sofa meant that we couldn’t all sit and relax as we had wanted. Beds are old and uncomfortable. Lots of clutter around in all the rooms made it awkward to live in. The location was close to train station which has pros and cons. It’s quick to get too but on other hand can feel unsafe at night due to people loitering. For us with a grandparent and young children this meant we didn’t like being in centro storico after 5 which was frustrating for us. The walk in to town took us 15 minutes and was not pleasant (lots of fast traffic and not great footpaths). We spoke to the host and he organised a refund so that we could find another more suitable option. This process was efficient and straight forward and he should be commended for this. It was a shame that the house didn’t suit us and our wants. This won’t be everyone’s experience esp if you don’t have younger or older people and are staying a shorter time. Thanks to the host for their help.

Lovely Treviso

This property owner was extremely helpful. He remembered our personal needs and concerns and kept us updated on changing information in the Venice area. Treviso is a destination all on it's own. All the family found it delightful. The home is literally less than a five min walk to the train and bus station for excellent access to Venice (30 Min) and the other major towns in the Veneto area. Tastefully decorated and very clean. 2 large bathrooms, small but adequate kitchen. The homeowner had all the small soaps and some taste treats provided including a bottle of proseco in the refrig.
