Schöne Wohnung mit Blick auf den See

Schöne, moderne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung im Erdgeschoss mit großer Terrasse. Blick auf den See, wenn auch nicht komplett. Sehr ruhige Lage im Hang, wer den Touristenströmen der Hauptorte entfliehen will, ist hier richtig. Tiefgarage, allerdings sehr steile Ein/Ausfahrt. Netter, ausreichender Pool. Prima Lage um auch mal in die Berge zu fahren! Einkaufsmöglichkeit in Domaso, im sehr ruhigen Gera Lario Bäcker, Pizzeria und Bar. Sehr nette Vermieter, die Kommunikation problemlos auf Englisch. Viele Dinge werden zur Begrüßung bereitgestellt, die nicht selbstverständlich sind. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Waschmaschine haben wir jetzt nicht gesehen, stand aber wohl im Inserat !?!?

Schöne saubere Wohnung nicht weit vom See entfernt. Freundliche Besitzerin. Traumhafte Umgebung. Das einzige das mir nicht gefallen hat das der Pool genau vor der Terrasse ist.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen und gut ausgestattet. Mir hat das Wlan gefehlt. Von hier aus hat man viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, z. B. Comer See, Mailand, Lugano, St. Moritz und Bernina Express.

Schöne Ferienwohnung, tolle ruhige Lage

Vermieter konnte weder Deutsch, noch Englisch... Google-Translate war seine Lösung. Das machte es etwas mühsam. Ansonsten hat alles gut geklappt. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Tiefgarageneinfahrt ist sehr (!) steil. Wir hatten unser Auto später an der Kirche geparkt (öffentlicher Parkplatz) weil die Räder unseres Autos beim Ausfahren aus der Tiefgarage immer durchgedreht haben. Wäre die Einfahrt nass gewesen, wären wir vermutlich nicht raus gekommen.

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber un...

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und hat eine sehr schöne Terrasse. Der Pool ist klein aber zum abkühlen okay. Schlafzimmer etwas klein. Schlafcouch ist sehr bequem. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist ausreichend. Die Tiefgarage ist sehr eng. Die Anlage ist nur amWochenende voll, da bis auf zwei Wohnungen alle in Privatbesitz. Leider sind in der Nachbarschaft sehr viele Hunde, die gerade Nachts viel bellen. Hatten eine sehr schöne Woche. Für 500 Euro sie Woche eine echt Empfehlung. Reisetipps: Die Zufahrt überden Splügenpass war sehr abenteuerlich. Einen Supermarkt mit Bäcker ist nur mit dem Auto in Domaso zu erreichen. Der See ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Restaurants sind ausreichend im Ort. Menaggio, Como und Mailand sind schöne Ausflugsziele.
