Per quanto l’arredamento sia della camera che degli spazi comuni sia gradevole e di buon gusto, nonostante la chicca della vasca idromassaggio in camera: - la posizione é pessima, lontano dal centro e in una zona molto popolosa caratterizzata dall’assenza di parcheggi; - non c’è nessuno ad accogliere i clienti in struttura, c’è un sistema automatico di accoglienza mediante una scatolina con codice sotto ai campanelli del palazzo, della quale sono stata informata mediante un messaggio su Whatsapp in inglese; - la colazione che risulta inclusa non è assolutamente sufficiente, ci sono una brioche a testa, un pacchetto di biscotti e una confezione di marmellata monodose, tutti prodotti reperibili in qualsiasi supermercato sicuramente non da offrire come servizio colazione a dei clienti paganti; - abbiamo avuto un problema con l’acqua calda, non funzionava ed abbiamo contattato il numero che ci aveva fornito le istruzioni per le chiavi: innanzitutto non c’è stata disponibilità ad ascoltare la problematica ed a risolverla, mi è stato risposto sempre in inglese e solo dopo aver insistito l’host ha detto che sarebbe venuto qualcuno a controllare. - la stanza comune era stata lasciata sporca, sarebbe stato utile avere un qualche supporto per la pulizia in autonomia, nessun sacchetto per i rifiuti. - la macchina del caffè in dotazione era inutilizzabile, spandeva acqua durante l’uso e c’era un macchia incrostata sotto la stessa. per noi un’esperienza da non ripetere.
