About this property

La Lagune

In the heart of the tourist center of Martinique, the La Lagune apartment welcomes you for a vacation marked by comfort and tranquility.

Sumptuous apartment located on the upper ground floor in a luxury residence, the La Lagune apartment offers you the privilege of being able to do everything on foot. Once there, no need for a car: the beach, restaurants, shops, bars, the casino, and the shuttle to Fort-de-France are just a few minutes' walk away. You are in Anse-Mitan in Trois-Îlets, the liveliest resort on the island.

My beachfront rental in Trois-Îlets

The La Lagune apartment, with discreet luxury, combines modern comfort and refined decoration. The living room, dining room, and kitchen create a pleasant living space bathed in light with a breathtaking view of the bay.

The La Lagune apartment has three air-conditioned bedrooms with ample storage space and mosquito nets. Decorated with taste, the master bedroom has its own shower room. Facing the sea, it opens onto the terrace. The other two bedrooms, each with two single beds, share a shower room.

My sea view condominium near the golf in Martinique

The terrace welcomes a second dining area and a lounge. From there, the panorama is fascinating: the beach of Anse-Mitan, sailboats swaying at anchor, the blue line of the horizon, the colorful sails of windsurfers, the bay of Fort-de-France… This breathtaking view of the sea makes the apartment truly exceptional. At nightfall, a magical touch is added when the lights of Fort-de-France twinkle in the distance.

The La Lagune apartment is an address of contemporary chic where everything has been designed to make your vacation enjoyable.
